ABOUT ME
I live in Mandeville, LA with my husband, Terry. Our charming (translation small and closet-less) craftsman style home is just two blocks from the north shore of Lake Pontchartrain. Though I studied Fine Art at College, I spent many years as a graphic designer/art director/illustrator, working in advertising and winning Addy Awards. I always intended to return to painting "one of these days", but after Hurricane Katrina, when my home came within inches of flooding and the roof was miraculously missed by the six trees that came down around it, I began to wonder why I was waiting.
I now show my work at Watson Gallery in Atlanta, GA and Jack Meyer Gallery in Houston, TX.

Don't ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive. - Howard Thurman
